After a long and successful collaboration in the field of IT recruitment, the three founders decided in early 2012 to bring auteega GmbH to life.
In July 2012, Kaiserring 14-15 became auteega’s new premises, nearby Mannheim’s main train station. Mannheim was chosen due to the strong network of entrepreneurs in the Rhine-Neckar area and its convenient location for supporting clients in the DACH region.
For the founders, two central problems were crystallized in recent years: the resource problem and the process problem. On the one hand there is the difficulty of finding qualified employees and managers quickly and reliably. In order to offer clients the best solution to this resource problem, the recruiting division at auteega GmbH searches for and procures freelance consultants and specialists for permanent employment.
On the other hand, the standards of recruiting and HR processes in a company are constantly changing.
auteega GmbH meets this problem by offering clients its own expertise via the consulting division, in active recruiting as well as other customized consulting solutions for coaching and training local staff.
