Your main tasks:

Manage provider driven infrastructure, platform and workplace projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools
Create and maintain project definition, project charter, project plan and offer; support the creation of the statement of work
Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure
Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction
Advise customers / stakeholders and actively clarify their expectations and requirements
Handling of provider driven changes in the area of workplace and communication towards the provider and within the company

Your technical qualifications:

University degree/ Apprenticeship in (business) information technology, mathematics, economics with IT focus or comparable degree
Professional experience or knowledge in managing workplace environments
Good understanding of modern workplace platforms, systems and applications
Project management experience preferably within an IT environment
Experience of working with IT providers is an advantage
Fluent English language skills
German language skills are highly appreciated

Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to both technical and not technical people as well as explaining abstract concepts
