IT Infrastructure Service Manager for Security Services (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• The stable, secure and supported operation of the Security Infrastructure landscape together with the SOC team
• Identification and prioritization of requirements on the existing service landscape
• Coordination of changes to existing Infrastructure systems with internal and external stakeholders
• Analysis of the service infrastructure landscape
• Provision of recommendations for optimizations to meet the business requirements (availability, capacity, performance, lifecycle, security, etc.)
• Budget and service cost allocation responsibility
• Consulting of internal Business Partners
• Providing Service reporting and Key Performance Indicators analysis
• Close collaboration with stakeholders and platform architects to optimize solutions
• Shaping the existing and future service landscape and bring it to the next level

Your technical qualifications:

• Understanding of complex and growing security services landscape
• ITIL Knowledge and first experience in IT Service Management
• Willingness to take over Service responsibility with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in dealing with external suppliers and collaboration with internal technical and procurement teams
• Technical knowledge of central security services and infrastructure is an advantage
• First touchpoints with SIEM, Darktrace, Threat Intelligence, Endpoint Protection, or Vulnerability scanning is beneficial
• Your business and technical skills in English, both written and spoken are adequate to handle all topics within a European acting company
