Linux System Administrator Cloud Technologies (m/f/d)

Main Tasks:

  • Administration, maintenance and updates of Linux servers in the public clouds bit also on-premise
  • Responsibe for the cloud infrastructure design, optimization and availability
  • Provide operational support of customer environments in the server/cloud area as well as internal infrastructures
  • Supporting colleagues in the operation of cloud infrastructre for the national and international customers
  • Instructing and training colleagues as well as users on the customer side in Azure DevOps


Your technical qualifications:

  • A completed training as Specialist IT-System Integration or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally several years of professional experience as an IT administrator
  • Handling many Linux (Ubuntu) systems using tools like Ansible or similar
  • Experience with Managing Java Applications, Apache Cassandra/ScyllaDB, Elasticsearch, HA Proxy
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana
  • Knowledge of Bash scripting
  • Good understanding of Cloud environments
  • Understanding of the DevOps Lifecycle is a plus
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
  • German language skills nice to have
