For his location in Mannheim, our customer is currently looking for a qualified and motivated:

Lead Developer SAP ERP (m/f/d)

Main Tasks:

• Internal consultant and technical architect for SAP ERP and responsible for planning and managing the team resources and activities in various projects
• Technical leadership of a team of 6-10 developers
• Definition and prioritization of development tasks in close cooperation with the product owner
• Estimating of efforts and resource planning for a realistic expectation management
• Monitoring and reporting of project progress, problems and risks
• Methodical development of the team and ensuring quality standards for development services

Your technical qualifications:

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in development in ABAP/ ABAP OO and ideally already in a similar role
• Experience with the use of agile or lean process models in software development and project management, e.g., Scrum or LSD
• Fluent in English, good German (at least B2)
